Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tools and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
